If you notice, there is an option to type in your tax rate as well as special package handling charges. All charges are tallied and included in the final total. You and the client will receive the same email. When you receive an email for a photo order, a quick look at the orders and pricing page will allow you to view and manage the order. Once the order is fulfilled you may delete it to complete the option, thus maintaining your order fulfillment files.
